Privacy Policy

SafeVue LLC (“SafeVue”, “we”) makes in-home safety hubs that detect falls and activity without cameras or microphones, and the safevue.llc website where account holders see their hubs and alerts. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, name and phone number.
• Hub data: each hub’s ID, name, room, firmware version, network address and check-in times, and event summaries such as “fall detected” or “motion started” with their times. Hubs process their radio sensor data in the home and send us only these summaries, not raw recordings. Hubs have no camera or microphone.
• Sign-in records: session and security records used to keep your account safe.
• SMS consent: whether you opted in to text alerts, and when.

How we use it

• To show you your hubs and their events on safevue.llc.
• To send the email and, if you opt in, text alerts you asked for.
• To secure the service, fix problems and improve fall detection.
• To contact you about your account.

Text messages

If you opt in to SafeVue SMS alerts, we use your mobile number only to send those alerts and related account notices. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the SMS provider that delivers our messages on our behalf. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that run the service for us (cloud hosting, encrypted backups, email delivery and SMS delivery), under contracts that limit their use to providing that service, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account and hub data while your account is open. Ask us to delete your account and we will delete your personal information, except records we must keep by law.

Your choices

You can update your details under Your details, turn text alerts off at any time, and ask us for a copy or deletion of your data by emailing admin@safevue.llc.

Children

SafeVue accounts are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
